After nearly a decade as the COO and CEO of Aloha Capital, I am thrilled to announce the launch of Swell Lending. This new chapter in our journey within the real estate financing industry builds upon years of experience, industry knowledge, and a commitment to serving real estate investors with the best possible financing solutions.

Why the change of brands?

My business partner and co-owner of Aloha Capital made the decision to retire in 2025 after founding Aloha Capital from Maui in 2014. 

As part of this transition, Aloha Capital’s lending division has been wound down and I took the opportunity to evolve and re-launch as Swell Lending. My decision to move forward as Swell is about more than just a fresh name; it’s about an unwavering commitment to delivering smarter, faster, and more flexible lending solutions for active real estate investors and developers.

I’m proud of the accomplishments of Aloha Capital over the last decade, which financed nearly $1 Billion of residential real estate across more than 3,000 loans. All of these years leading and growing Aloha Capital have given me the insights, expertise, capital markets partnerships and industry best practices that I am now channeling into Swell Lending.
